Calf-length raincoat. The raincoat is reversible with one side a shiny black water resistant polyester. It has a turned-down pointed collar and snap closures down the front. There is a badge loop on the left breast pockets area and Velcro slits at each hip for pocket access. The jacket can be turned outside-in to show a neon orange surface with a reflective band around the waist and the words "STATE / POLICE" printed in black across the back.
