Copper coin. The obverse is stamped with a laurel wreath around the letters "U.S" and surrounded by the words, "LIBERTAS JUSTITIA 1783". The reverse is stamped with an image of an eye with several lines and stars radiating from it and the words "NOVA CONSTELLATIO".
