Pieced quilt made up of seventeen pictorial blocks placed irregularly over a large, pieced and embroidered map of Chittenden County Each block is attached only at the top, leaving it like a flap. Each block represents a town in Chittenden County, showing images of buildings, icons, or scenes from the town and utilizing several different techniques, including piecing, applique, embroidery, painting, and stenciling.
