Description

Copper coin with a radiating eye on one side and a pictorial scene on the other. The eye side shows a detailed human eye with 13 rays emitting from it in every direction. Between each ray is a 6-petaled flower (13 in total). The words, "STELLA QUARTA DECIMA" ring the edge. The reverse shows a scene of a plow in a field with a line of hills and trees on the horizon. A sun with two eyes and a prominent nose peeks over the horizon. The words "VERMONTS RES PUBLICA" ring the edge. There is an oval hole near the center of the coin.
