Description

Gold-toned metal money clip with the logo for Vermont's celebration of the United States Bicentennial at the center. The logo consists of the letters VT in green and the number 2 in blue formed around the T.

Context

Used by Richard Lloyd Cleveland, manager of the Bicentennial Bandwagon, a recreational vehicle donated by the Ethan Allen Furniture Company to tour Vermont. The Bandwagon was driven all over the state to local celebrations, county fairs, and schools. It contained exhibits, print material, and portable office quarters.
