The handle connects to the base between two U-shaped brackets; when pressed down, the handle closes a large metal blade against the base. The bracket is molded with the inscription, "LORILLARD'S TIN TAG TOBACCO". The base and handle are also molded with the same inscription in 6 more places.Context
