Clear glass molded bottle bearing the inscription, "D. W. BANCROFT/MARSHFIELD/VT." alond with the a monogram of the initials "DWB". A cloth sticker on the base bears the inked inscription, "4/26/01 / Srocken". The cork stopper is still present.
