Powder horn inscribed, "Roger Clarks Horn Made at Lake George Jul ye 22 in the yer 1758." along with a map of Lake George and Champlain, showing the location of Fort William Henry and Fort Carillon. The end has a wooden plug with an elongated oval metal ring place in the center. The point was cut down to the dark horn below the yellow surface.
