Ground stone double-winged bannerstone with a central groove on both faces. There are shallower grooves running parallel to the central groove on either side.
Use
While there is debate about the use of bannerstone, many believe they were used as atlatl (spear-thrower) weights, ceremonial purposes, cordage making, or fire making.
