Rectangular, clear molded glass bottle bearing the molded inscriptions, "VERMONT LINIMENT" on the face, "WATERBURY VT", and "JOHN F. HENRY & Co" on the sides. The base bears a faux pontil. A paper sticker on the reverse bears the inked inscription, "2/8/71 / Plattsburg NY-- / 3--".
