Clear, molded glass bottle with the molded inscription "J. A. PAQUET & CO/PHARMACISTS/ST JOHNSBURY/VT" and a decorative monogram of "G&P" on the face. The base bears a paper sticker with the inked inscription, "4/26/71 / Srocken". The cork stopper is still present.
