Context
Used to label cell 114 in Windsor Prison in Windsor, Vermont. This prison operated from 1807 to 1975 and was considered a maximum security facility. Another facility became known as the Windsor Prison after the first closed. It had begun as a farm for prisoners and became a small prison for inmates serving sentences for lesser crimes. It closed in 2017.
