10-sided, molded green glass bottle bearing the molded inscription "KENDALLS SPAVIN CURE/FOR HUMAN FLESH". The base also bears a molded inscription that is mostly obscured. "URGH . . . V.T." is visible. A paper sticker on the base bears the inked inscription, "3/20/79 / Srocker / 2."
