Description

wooden whistle carved from a tree branch. There is a white plastic bird attached to the top with red wings, a yellow beak, and a blue spot on its head. The mouthpiece section is stamped, "BEAUTIFUL LAKE CHAMPLAIN FERRY CROSSINGS". The mouthpiece section has been trimmed down, removing the bark, and there is a hole at the center top.

Context

Purchased as a souvenir by John Dumville while on a Boy Scout field trip.
