Description

Small flintlock pistol. It is smoothbore with an octagonal barrel. The lock and barrel and both engraved with botanical elements. The metal grip is etched in a diamond pattern. The lock is marked, "Richardson" and "Manchester". The rack plate is marked, "N".

Found by B. T. Shepard at Fort Ticonderoga in 1889.
