Straight-sided crock with hand-painted design of three clovers or flowers. There are two U-shaped handles on either side. The rim is rolled outward to create a lip. At the top center is the stamped label, "JULIUS FENTON BENNINGTON VT 1 1/2". There is a round lid with dark brown glaze in the center that nestles into the rim of the crock.Context
