Oval roasting pan consisting of a pan, lid, and rack. The pan has a heavy-gauge wire handle that attaches at either end of the rim and hinges upward. The lid has a flat U-shaped handle at the center. The rack is an oval sheet of metal with circular holes drilled through it at sporadic intervals and placements. There are two wire handles formed into loops on either long side. The rack fits snugly into the pan.
