Two-piece dress consisting of a bodice and skirt. The fabric is a plain-woven blue silk printed with small, abstract geometric shapes. The bodice opens up the center front and secures with 15 metal buttons. The sleeves are made in two parts: a tight cuff that reaches nearly to the elbow, and a very loose upper. There is a short standing collar trimmed the lace. The sleeve cuffs are also trimmed in lace and decorated with yellow ribbon. The gored skirt is slightly gathered in a self-fabric waistband.
