Description

This is a souvenir pillowcase. It features a front panel made of black velvet and a back panel made of red plastic. Around the edges of the pillowcase, there is a gold fringe for added decoration. The front panel is painted with various brightly colored scenes depicted in vignettes. These scenes include a hermit thrush on red clover, the State House in Montpelier, a sugaring scene, a high scenic overlook, a covered bridge, Quechee Gorge, the Ticonderoga steamship, a horse by a barn, and a granite quarry.
