Clear molded glass bottle bearing the molded inscription, "APOTHECARIES' HALL/WINDSOR, VT." beneath an ounce symbol followed by "iv" indicating a 4-oz capacity. A significant amount of dried residue remains on the interior. A paper label on the reverse bears the inked inscription, "150/10/27/71/Lepine".
