Rectangular, green glass bottle bearing the molded inscription, "EXCELSIOR LINIMENT" on the face, and the inscriptions, "WINOOSKI. VT" and "A. O. HOOD'S" on the sides. A paper sticker on the reverse bears the inked inscription, "3/25/72/Stan Smith/$4".
