Rectangular, green molded glass bottle. The front has a paper label bearing the inscription, "HENRY'S/VERMONT/LINIMENT/FOR/RHEUMATISM,/Stitch in the Neck/NEURALGIA,/Tooth Ache, Head/Ache, Bowel/Complaint,/Dysentery, Cholera,/&c. &c./Price 25 Cents/DOSE, from ten [ripped off]/to one teaspoonful [gone]/full directions [gone]/lar around eac[gone]/KEEP WEL[gone]". The reverse and sides bear the molded inscriptions, "VERMONT LINIMENT", "JOHN. F. HENRY & CO", and "WATERBURY, VT"
