Round metal medallion molded on one side with the head of a horse and the inscription, "GREEN MOUNTAIN HORSE ASSOCIATION", and on the other side with the inscription, "100-MILE TRAIL RIDE 1940". There is a round eye ring at the center top.
Context
The Green Mountain Horse Association was founded in 1926. The 100-mile trail is an annual event sponsored by GMHA. It began in 1936.
