Description

Uniform coat of dark navy blue wool. The coat is double breast with two rows of 9 brass buttons. The buttons are impressed with an eagle. There are rectangular epaulets with gold-work stars and borders. The short, standing collar is black velvet. The coat is fully lined, and the lining is machine quilted.
