Membership ribbon consisting of a ribbon and metal medallion. The grosgrain ribbon is striped brown and black, separated by narrow rainbow stripes. The medallion is molded with a design of 3 bust portraits of men, an illustration of a man on a horse, and the words, "2TH [sic] NATIONAL CONVENTION / BOSTON 1930 / AMERICAN LEGION".
