Description

Delegate ribbon worn by Robert Stafford during the Republican National Convention of 1960. The blue grosgrain silk ribbon has a gilt metal pin at the top with the eagle and shield of the United States and the word "DELEGATE" below it. The ribbon has a decorative knot tied that holds a stamped bronze pin that reads "REPUBLICAN / NATIONAL / CONVENTION / 1960/ CHICAGO" with Abraham Lincoln's face in profile between the date numerals.
