Doll chair in the form of a humanoid figure (Humpty Dumpty). The back of the chair is painted to show a figure with a pointed head with one lock of yellow hair at the center. It has blue eyes and a wide red mouth stretched into a smile. It is wearing a white collared shirt, red bowtie, blue jacket, light blue pants, and black shoes. The arms are carved to depict the figure squatting on the chair seat with its legs spread wide and hand on its knees. The chair seat is painted with offset black semicircles representing a stone wall. The name "JEANNE" is painted in red at the center of the seat. The bottom of the chair is curved, making it a rocking chair. The sides are painted with a broken egg (white and yolk) with half an eggshell. The eggshell bears a person's face. Two soldiers stand behind the egg white with their arms raised in the air. The bottom of the seat is carved with the inscription, "Merry Christmas / Your friend / Nap".Context
