Round tin cup with flat ear-shaped handle. The cup has straight sides and the edges of the cup and handle are rolled. The handle is stamped "US" and scratched with the letter H. On the bottom is scratched, "P.S. Howes Co. F. 1st Vt.".

Used by Phil Howes of Company F, 1st Vermont during the Spanish-American War.
