This collection of items includes a family photograph with a note on the back saying it was taken at the first communion of Jean-Loup. A boy in the photo has a white ribbon tied on the sleeve of his jacket, a white handkerchief in his breast pocket and white gloves. He is pictured with two other children and seven adults all dressed in finery.
There are three prayer cards.
One shows a priest and has what is said to be a snip from a piece of material that he touched. Another show three people praying and has a message of friendship handwritten on the back from Marie Louise and Emile Lagache.
A third shows Jesus giving someone communion. Handwritten on the back is the name of the boy in the picture at his first communion.
The envelop has a note that says, "A nos chers amis d'Amerique" (To my dear American friends).
The sheet says it is "pour le Jubile D'or Sacerdotal de Monsieur le Chanoine Georges Desbrosses." It appears to be a poem written by Marie-Louise Lagache.
