Description

There are 25 used envelops with stamps from African countries, most from Congo. Many are addressed to Jean Mosinski, who also sent a card with his name and best regards. There was a large envelop found with the stamped envelops that said "Pour un Philatelitte" or stamp collector. There are also two see-through envelops containing never used stamps. Six show a man in a uniform and give his name as General LeClerc. In another envelop are three stamps with a winged figure declaring "Pour le salut public OUI." I added two stamps that fell out from among the envelops and have never been used. They show a girl and say "Tuberculose."
