Silver-plated card receiver in the form of a boat or cradle. The dish sits on a pedestal of three wires curving upward from a round base. The handle is two wires curving upward over the back, topped with leaves and a cherub. Two cherubs are in the center of the base as well. The bottom is marked, "QUADRUPLE PLATE WILCOX SILVER PLATE 974".
