Candle snuffer/wick trimmer combination tool. The tool is hinged like scissors with two round handles. One "blade" has a raised rectangle and other has raised box that, when closed, seals the flaming wick and cuts it from the candle. There are posts on the handles and larger blade to hold the tool off the surface.
