Description

Wooden and steel butter mold. The mold has four straight sides fastened together with screws and a top press plate. Two sides are lengthier and shorter in height. The other two sides are taller with a beveled outer top edge.A steel manual press is screwed to the top edges of the shorter sides and through a steel plate into the central flat press. The underside of the central press has molded grooves carved into it to create a large check pattern in the butter.
