Description

Small red-and-white flag with three blue stars down the center. The flag is made of a white satin-woven synthetic fabric; both the red and blue elements are a thick plastic-like substance applied to the surface of the fabric. The top edge has been folded over and there is a dowel through it. There is a synthetic gold cord applied to either end of the dowel to hang it by. Each end of the dowel is capped with a small, gold-toned plastic spear tip.
