Female figure made of papier-mâché over a wire frame wearing a red dress and green hat. The dress is made from red paisley-printed cotton. It has a wide skirt with a stuffed hem and wide, padded sleeves. There is a satin belt around her waist. She has a crocheted collar that covers the tops of her sleeves, and crocheted cuffs. The hat has a wide brim and is decorated with yellow feathers and ribbon. She is holding a blue reticule and red fan. There are black leather slippers trimmed with ribbon tying them to the ankles. Beneath the dress is a white cotton petticoat trimmed with lace. The figure is on a round, plywood base.Use
