Female figure made of papier-mâché over a wire frame wearing a green wool dress with blue overskirt. She is wearing a Post Boy hat (a straw hat with upturned brim). The hair is up in the back and curled over the forehead. The dress is green and blue woolen plaid. The long-waisted jacket has a blue plastron front and a peplum back. The skirt, separate from the jacket, is pleated. There are medium blue draped overskirts in both front and back. The jacket collar is military style, and the bustle is large. She carries a velour handbag and a brise fan held in her right hand, near her face.
The figure is accompanied by a plywood case consisting of a base and cover that attached with metal clamps.Use
