Description

Scenic papier-mâché figure with two people, a man and a woman, dancing. The man is clean shaven and has brown hair with a center part. His high starched white collar and cuffs are of celluloid. He is wearing a gray and black checkered woolen jacket, black cloth narrow trousers, brown leather shoes, a plaid (red, yellow, green) bow tie, and a golden yellow shirt with pearl buttons. He is holding his partner's hand in a dance pose, and his right arm is extended to encircle the woman's waist. The woman has red-gold hair puffed out on both sides of her head, ending in a large top knot with a center part. She is wearing a high collared blouse with leg-o-mutton sleeves that end at the elbows. The rest of the sleeve is tight to the wrist. She is wearing a long-waisted blouse of white cotton with a pink rose design, a green floor length figured silk taffeta skirt with back gathers, and high brown leather boots (not showing). Her left hand is on the man's shoulder, and her right hand is on the left hand of her partner.
