The wall mirror has a wooden frame painted in gold. It is divided into two parts - the top portion has a 'reverse painting' while the bottom is a mirror. The central part of the top portion features an eagle that is approximately 6 inches in diameter. On either side of the eagle, there is a gold 'bow' with roses and buds hanging down from it.
The mirror portion has a date of 1916 on the back, which indicates that it has been replaced. The gold paint was applied at an unknown time. The very top 'shelf' and bottom were not painted in gold and are a dark brown color.
Below the wider top 'shelf,' there are 14 5/8" diameter balls that hang as decoration. On each side of the mirror, there is a twisted wooden decoration that is approximately 20.88" long.
