Green-painted document box. The tin box has a wire handle on the top and gold-painted decoration on the top corners. The top of the box is painted, "F. SAFFORD." in gold edged in red on the lid and "BRANDON vt" in gold edged in black on the lower edge of the front. The box has border decoration in red and black thin lined paint on all sides and a simple hinged latch on the front. The interior is unfinished tin.Acquisition
