Commemorative medal molded with pictorial scenes on both sides. One side shows a church and a factory in front of mountains with the inscription, "BETHEL, VERMONT 1779-1979", around the edge. The other side shows a stag in a field with a jumping trout in the foreground and the inscription, "EAST BETHEL . CHRISTIAN HILL . LUMPUS . LILLIESVILLE . CAMP BROOK . GILEAD".
