Description

Sterling silver commemorative medal. One side shows a steepled church with trees and a hill in the background. The inscription, "TOWN OF LUDLOW, VERMONT CHARTERED 1761" rings the edge. The reverse is divided into four sections showing a weather vane in the shape of a sheep in the upper left; a train crossing an elevated bridge in the upper right; soldiers pulling a cannon in the lower left; and a sign for the Crown Point Road in the lower right. The edge is etched, "Ster 121".
