Oval, silver-toned metal bank with a slot at the center top for inserting bills. There is a metal handle at the top that pulls up or lays down. The center front has a round red label printed in yellow with an image of a four-sided clock on a pole. The image is encircled by the inscription, "THE MONTPELIER NATIONAL BANK / "THE BANK WITH THE CLOCK" / OF MONTPELIER, VERMONT".
The bottom is stamped with the mark, "CHICAGO THREFT CO. CHICAGO PAT'D JUNE 12, 1923". There is a key hole at the right, and hole drilled into the left.Use
