Description

Membership ribbon consisting of a rectangular bar, a yellow ribbon, and a round medallion. The bronze bar has the inscription "PORTLAND 1885" and has a hinged pin on the reverse. A yellow grosgrain ribbon is looped and stitched onto a wire on the back. From an eye hook looped through the bottom of a ribbon hangs a round bronze medallion molded with the coat of arms of Maine and the inscription, "DELEGATE TO THE 19TH ANNUAL NATIONAL ENCAMPMENT G.A.R." The back of the medallion has the seal of the Grand Army of the Republic inside a laurel wreath.
