Sterling Silver commemorative medal. One side is molded with a scene of a church in a field with the inscription, "TOWN OF WEATHERSFIELD VERMONT" around the edge. The other side is separated into 6 wedges around a central circle with the inscription, "CHARTERED 1761". Clockwise from top, the wedges show a sheep, a crane pulling granite from a quarry, a spinning wheel, an obelisk, a large 19-bay building, and a covered bridge. The edge is etched, "Ster 140".Context
