Yellow triangular neckerchief printed at the center point with an orange fleur-de-lis with three boys in boy scout uniforms (two playing drums and one a fife) and the dates 1776 and 1976. Around the image are the inscriptions, "U.S.A. BICENTENNIAL" and "GREEN MOUNTAIN COUNCIL".
