Miniature vase printed with crest of the town of Hartland, Vermont. The crest consists of a shield shape with a stag's head and curled pike. The shield is surrounded by laurel leaves. Beneath the design is the inscription, "HARTLAND". The bottom is labeled, "DEVONIA ART CHINA ENGLAND" in a circle around the initials "W B P."
