Description

Navy blue cartridge belt with brass buckle. The belt is made of plain-woven canvas and stitched with narrow, vertical loops for holding ammunition. The reverse side of the belt strap is stenciled in white with the number 10.

Worn by Edward H. Prouty of Montpelier, Vermont, during the Spanish-American War.
