Round, silver-plated tray engraved at the center with the inscription, "Presented to SURG. C.B. PARK JR. by the Enlisted Men of the 16th Vt. Vols." The bottom of the dish is stamped, "ROGERS.SMITH & CO. NEW HAVEN CONN."

Context

Presented to Castanus Blake Park by the members of the 16th Vermont Volunteers to commemorate his work as surgeon for the regiment during the Civil War.
