Gray matchbook with red lettering. On the front flap is the name and address of the restaurant -- "Human, chinses Restaurant, 126 College Street, Burlington, VT, 05401. At the bottom is a warning to "Close Cover, Strike on Back." Inside on the flap holding the black matches with white tips are the words, "Full Service." On the bottom edge are the words, "Amsterdam Adv. Assoc. Amsterdam, NY." On the top edge is a telephone number: 802-863-1023. On the back is perhaps the image of a silkworm on a leaf.
