Membership ribbon consisting of a rectangular bar, a yellow ribbon, and a round medallion. The bronze bar has a central medallion with the monogram WRC flanked by the dates 1883 and 1888. There is a hinged pin on the reverse. A buckeye nut hangs from the bar in front of a yellow grosgrain ribbon that is looped and stitched onto a wire on the back of the bar. From an eye hook looped through the bottom of a ribbon hangs a round, gold-plated medallion showing the bust of a woman with the signature, "Kate B. Sherwood". The back of the medallion has the inscription, "VI NATIONAL CONVENTION COLUMBUS OHIO SEPT. 1888 W. R. C."Context
